Break Free of Your Own Limitations

Break Free of Your Own Limitations

Do you ever feel boxed in?

Yet when you sit and reflect about it, you realize you are the one that made the box!

That box of boundaries that is invisible to see, yet you can feel it’s there, limiting your potential.

A self imposed box of limitations, put together with fear and doubt.  Then to cement it even more, top it off with a negative Nellie, mindset that says…”You have reached your potential, you might as well pack it in and go live under your bed.”

Well I’m here to tell you and that little negative Nellie voice, that you can break out of that box!

It isn’t permanent; you don’t have to stay there.

You have the power to change your mindset, we all do!

Envision yourself in the box, kicking your way out of it.

Here we go with flipping your mindset around again.  Instead of saying…”I can’t” start saying…”How can I?”

You can learn new behaviours by practicing them.

See challenges that come at you as opportunities instead of obstacles in your way.

Fear of doing things can be a big source of feeling limited.  And the best way to get over fear is to pull up your big girl bloomers and look fear right in the eye.

Whether it’s fear of rejection, failure or being judged, stare it down to weaken the hold it has on you.

I’ve come to know that fears I’ve faced are exaggerated thoughts of what could happen, not what will happen.

And always keep people with positive energy around you, like a force field of protection, their energy will remind you to keep pushing forward.

Remember too that even if you fall, get back up and think of it as a stepping stone to your end goal.

It’s never a failure if you learn and grow.
